About Me

I'm Andrew Prince - a UI/UX designer, web designer, and creative director based in Miami, FL.

For 3.5 years at Pavion, I co-developed EmployeeConnect.info — a company-wide intranet serving ~2,000 employees across 9+ departments at a 70+ location enterprise. My work spanned the full platform: UX design, information architecture, page development, form automation, SharePoint restructuring, and executive-level product collaboration - including a Figma prototype built directly with the CIO that shipped to the sales organization. I joined as an associate developer and earned full creative authority over the platform's UX and visual direction within the first year.

Outside of that, I founded The Groove Palace in 2024 - a Miami-based house music platform built entirely from scratch. In under two years it has grown into a recognized presence in South Florida's underground house music scene: 7 live events including a 1,100+ attendee show at Sable Garden, most recently producing at Jolene Soundroom in April 2026 - 500+ attendees and our strongest show to date. The platform has published 38+ artist interview features and accumulated 27,500+ SoundCloud plays across 41 curated mixes.

I believe great design is about reducing friction - understanding what people actually need and making it effortless to get there. I bring that thinking to every project regardless of scale, whether it's a 2,000-person enterprise platform or a brand built from zero.
